Emergency Information

Emergency FAQ

This page explains what qualifies as an emergency, how reports are handled, and what happens if this system is misused.

What is considered an emergency?

An emergency is any situation involving immediate risk, serious harm, or a credible threat. This includes severe harassment or cyberbullying, threats of violence, major security breaches, attempts to steal or damage website data, or critical system exploitation.

What is NOT considered an emergency?

Normal support issues such as account questions, minor bugs, feature requests, disagreements, or rule clarifications are not emergencies and should be reported through standard support channels.

What happens after I submit an emergency report?

Emergency reports are immediately forwarded to the moderation or security team for review. Priority is given based on severity, credibility, and potential impact. Not all reports will receive a direct response.

What happens if my report turns out to be false?

If a report is found to be false or exaggerated, it may result in warnings, temporary restrictions, or permanent loss of access to emergency reporting. Repeated misuse can lead to further enforcement actions.

What if I submit an emergency report as a joke?

Submitting false emergency reports as a joke is taken seriously. This system exists for urgent situations only, and misuse may result in immediate and permanent account restrictions.

Can I submit multiple emergency reports?

Multiple reports should only be submitted if new, urgent information becomes available. Submitting repeated reports for the same issue may delay response and lead to misuse penalties.

Should I contact local authorities instead?

If you believe someone is in immediate physical danger, contact your local emergency services first. This system is not a replacement for emergency responders.
